APPROVAL OF PROCEDURES AND LIST
Based on Article 25.1 of the Law on Air, the Government of Mongolia DECIDES:
1. “Procedure for issuing licenses for import, sale and use of ozone depleting substances and other substitutes and equipment containing them” in Annex 1, “List of ozone depleting substances” in Annex 2, “List of ozone depleting substances” ”In accordance with Annex 3 and“ List of equipment containing ozone depleting substances and other substitutes ”in accordance with Annex 4.
2. The Minister of Nature, Environment and Tourism N.Tserenbat, the General Customs Agency B.Asralt and the General Specialized Inspection Agency N.Tsagaankhuu shall be responsible for organizing and monitoring the implementation of the regulation.
3. In connection with the issuance of this resolution, Government Resolution No. 104 of June 23, 1999 “On Approval of Regulations” shall be considered invalid from January 1, 2019.
4. This resolution shall come into force on January 1, 2019.
