ON LISTING AND APPROVAL OF RULES

 

Based on Article 13.4 of the Law on Standardization, Technical Regulation and Accreditation of Conformity Assessment, the Government of Mongolia RESOLVES:

1. To update and approve the “List of products and services subject to mandatory conformity assurance” in accordance with Annex 1 and the “Procedure for supplying conformity assurance products and services to the Mongolian market and importing them across the state border” in accordance with Annex 2.

2. In connection with the issuance of this resolution, Government Resolution No. 222 of October 14, 2003 “On Some Measures to Implement the Law on Standardization and Conformity Assessment” and Government Resolution No. 222 of October 14, 2003 “On Some Measures to Improve Standardization and Conformity Assessment”. Resolution No. 127 of June 14, 2006, shall be considered invalid.

3. This resolution shall come into force on November 1, 2018.
