Have your own warehouse for storing firearms, ammunition and firearm-like devices;
|
2.
|
To have a vehicle specially equipped for the transportation of firearms, ammunition and firearm-like devices, or a vehicle equipped with a cabin, locks, identification marks of dangerous goods and fire-resistant materials;
|
3.
|
To have a reference from the exporter of firearms, ammunition and firearm-like devices or his official contracted distributor;
|
4.
|
No foreign investment;
|
5.
|
No criminal record;
|
6.
|
No overdue loan debts, no debts to be paid to customs, tax, social insurance organizations and individuals and legal entities in accordance with court decisions ;

Process Steps

The tender will be announced

The legal entity shall submit the documents
|
Step3
|
The legal entity participating in the tender shall submit the tender documents within the specified time, to the specified address, and each page shall be numbered.
The bidder shall provide a copy of the bidding documents based on the number of members of the Commission.

Step4
|
The name and address of the participating legal entity, the number, date and time of the submitted documents shall be noted by the Secretary of the Commission and the participant shall be given a certificate of reciept.
|
Step5
|
The Commission shall conduct the selection and issue its opinion within 21 working days after the deadline for submission of materials.
|
Step6
|
The Chairman of the Commission shall present the opinion of the Commission to the member of the Government in charge of legal affairs.
|
Step 7
|
The Commission shall notify the selected participants of the selection within three working days after the Commission's comments and conclusions.
|
Step8
|
The selected legal entity shall pay the state stamp duty in the amount specified in Article 13.1.1 of the Law on State Stamp Duty and submit the document to the Secretary of the Commission.
|
Step9
|
If a participant does not agree with the opinion of the Commission, he / she may file a complaint to the member of the Government in charge of legal affairs within seven working days.
|
Step10
|
The member of the Government in charge of legal affairs shall resolve the complaint within ten working days after receiving it.
|
Step11
|
If the legal entity that filed the complaint does not agree with the decision specified in 9.2 of this regulation, it shall submit its complaint to the court
|
Step12
|
In accordance with Article 16.1 of the Law on Firearms, the member of the Government in charge of legal affairs shall issue a license to import and sell firearms, ammunition and firearm-like devices to the public based on the Commission's opinion.
