7	Evidence and description proving that the conditions for the production of biological substances meet the standards and hygiene requirements of international and domestic production practice
8	The relevant institute that conducted the experiment shall submit to the Board meeting the biologically derived substances

Process Steps

Step1	Submit Samples not exceeding 1kg or 1l with Required Information
Step2	Issues Test results of biological substances, methods of their use and disposal, instructions and recommendations approved by the Academic Council of the relevant institute
Step3	The Applicant submits a request to the Ministry of food, agrilculture and light industry along with all required documents
Step4	The Ministry of food, agrilculture and light industry reviews the application
Step5	If the application gets approved, the biological substances shall be registered, listed and posted on the website

NOTE

1. Expenses related to testing and registration of biological substances shall be borne by the citizen or legal entity testing the substance.

2. It is prohibited to import, export, cross-border transport, manufacture, sell, store, transport and use unregistered biological substances

3. Registration of Biological substances shall be canceled at the request of the specialized inspection agency and the relevant institute
