The Applicant submits a request to the Ministry of Mining and Heavy Industry along with all required documents

If the application gets approved, the applicant receives the License for importing petroleum products

NOTE
An application for extension of a license shall be submitted to the state central administrative body in charge of petroleum matters 30 days prior to the expiration of the license together with relevant materials.
