The Complainant shall inform food operators and inspection organizations about non-compliant food raw materials and products by phone, e-mail or letter

Step2

If necessary, make an official decision on withdrawal of food raw materials and products within 12 hours after receiving the information

Decisions on withdrawal of food raw materials and products shall be notified in advance by fax and e-mail to food business participants participating in the food chain, the main source shall be officially delivered, and the implementation shall be monitored

Step3

Make a decision on destruction and recycling of the withdrawn food raw materials and products within 14 working days after the end of the withdrawal process and monitor its implementation

NOTE

1. Non-compliance with food safety requirements shall be reported as follows;

• Consumers shall inform food operators and inspection organizations about non-compliant food raw materials and products by phone, e-mail or letter
• If the food business considers that the food raw materials and products may have a negative impact on human health, it shall notify the relevant inspection body, supplier and next level operators by phone and e-mail and inform them in writing;
• If the inspection body determines that the product does not meet the hygienic and safety standards, is incorrectly labeled or counterfeit during the inspection, it shall notify the relevant food operators in advance by phone, e-mail or in writing, and warn consumers through social media. take measurements;
• If a warning about the danger of imported food raw materials and products is reported on the international information network, the inspection body shall officially notify the food business operator and issue a warning to the consumer through the mass media.
