Application for a license / specify the type and duration of production and services /;

Documents necessary for the application

If the license applicant is a legal entity, a state registration certificate;

If the license applicant is a citizen, a copy of the ID card / the authorized person receiving the document shall verify the copy with the original and make a note on the authenticity of the copy free of charge /, if submitted by mail, a notarized copy;

Copy of license for production of explosives and explosive devices;

5

Reference from a professional accredited organization on the compliance of exported products with standards and technical requirements, quantity to be exported;

6

Documents reflecting the pre-agreement with the buyer, civil certification and transportation conditions;

7

Proposals from the Central Police and Intelligence Agency and the General Staff of the Armed Forces

Step 1

The Applicant submits a request to the Ministry of Mining and Heavy Industry along with all required documents

Step 2

The Ministry of Mining and Heavy Industry will review the request.

Step 3

If the application gets approved, the applicant receives the Special Permit for export of Explosives and Explosive Devices.
