If the license applicant is a citizen, a copy of the ID card / the authorized person receiving the document shall verify the copy with the original and make a note on the authenticity of the copy free of charge /, if submitted by mail, a notarized copy;

Step 1

The Applicant submits a request to the Ministry of Mining and Heavy Industry along with all required documents

Step 2

The Ministry of Mining and Heavy Industry will review the request.

Step 3

If the application gets approved, the applicant receives the Special Permit for import of Explosives and Explosive Devices.
