NOTE
1.Goods of a minor passenger shall be entered in the Customs declaration of a parent or guardian
2.Passenger personal belongings shall include items required for passenger consumption during the trip (new and old), food that does not require sufficient processing to reach the destination, and the following goods depending on the purpose and duration of the passenger's trip. These include:
- Personal jewelry / not more than for personal use /;
- Cameras and video recorders, film cameras, a certain number of films, cassettes and other accessories;
- portable slides and film projectors, a certain number of slides and films;
- duran;
- portable musical instruments;
- With portable player, recording tape, CD player, recording tape, recording and disk;
- Portable radio receiver;
- Mobile phones, smart electronic devices and their accessories;
- portable television;
- Portable typewriter;
- Laptops and accessories;
- Portable calculator;
- By the number of strollers, wheelchairs and children traveling;
- In case of traveling by car, the number of child seats attached to the seat and the number of children traveling;
- Wheelchairs for the disabled;
- sports equipment;
- Portable medical devices for diagnostic and treatment purposes and their accessories required during the trip;
- Professional tools that are appropriate for the purpose of the passenger's trip, temporarily introduced and used during the trip.
Each of the above items and small household appliances shall not exceed one.
3. A passenger with the following goods shall submit a written declaration to the customs office and shall enter through the red crossing
- Motor vehicles
- More than 15 million togrogs or its equivalent in foreign currency, financial instruments and electronic money;
- Precious metals, gemstones, natural and ornamental stones in their natural state and processed;
- Unprocessed goods to be recycled;
- Animals, plants and their raw materials;
- Raw materials and inventories for production purposes;
- Chemical and radioactive substances
- Personal belongings, household furniture and other appliances of citizens who have studied and worked abroad for more than 6 months and those who have studied and worked in Mongolia for more than 6 months shall not be more than one, regardless of new or old.
- Inheritance property with the type and quantity specified in the notarized or certified certificate of administrative or territorial unit (items purchased with the proceeds from the sale of inherited property and jewelry shall not be considered as inherited property).

4. Passengers without goods specified in above may enter through the green crossing. A passenger entering through the green crossing may not write a customs declaration.
5. If a passenger has fifteen million tugrugs or more, an equivalent amount of foreign currency, financial instruments and electronic money, he / she shall write 2 copies of the Customs declaration. The state customs inspector in charge of customs inspection shall check the cash declared by the passenger, affix a personal stamp to Table 4 of the customs declaration, give one copy to the passenger and leave the other copy to the customs. Based on the customs declaration, it will be registered in the Cash Control program of the Risk Management section of the CAIS system.
6. Firearms (hunting, sports training, state special protection) of passengers temporarily imported across the state border shall be inspected by the state customs inspector in charge of customs control and inspection, marked in the appropriate permit form and certified by the state customs inspector. Register in the weapon registration program.
7. Firearms exported across the state border shall be inspected by a state Customs inspector and confirmed in the Firearms Registration Program.
