Process Steps

Step1	The time of international travel and the amount of goods and materials to be used for travel services shall be provided in advance to the customs organization by the organizer of the trip
Step2	Submit necessary documents to Customs via email, fax and customs information network
Step3	Process documents received. If necessary, Customs request to submit other relevant documents
Step4	Stamps “Under customs control” on declaration
Step5	Use goods for their intended purpose

NOTE:

Customs clearance code 911 includes food items required for international transport services in free circulation in the customs territory
No customs or other taxes shall be imposed on goods placed under this procedure
