Process Steps
|
Step 1
|
The Applicant submits a request to the Ministry of Mining and Heavy Industry along with all required documents
|
|
Step 2
|
The Mining and Heavy Industry will review the request.
|
|
Step 3
|
If the application gets approved, the applicant receives the Special Permit for import of petroleum product.
|
NOTE:
- To submit accurate information on imports to the state administrative body in charge of petroleum matters in writing by the 10th of each month, certified by the signature of the authorized official in accordance with the form approved by this regulation;
- Prompt and accurate submission of other relevant information and reports required by the state authorities in a timely manner.
