| Description | In order to fulfill its obligations under the Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer and the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer, and to implement the National Program on the Protection of the Ozone Layer, ozone depleting substances and other adverse effects on global warming this regulation shall regulate the issuance and revocation of licenses for import, sale and use of substitutes and equipment containing them, determination of the quantity for the given year and control over their use. |
| Comments | This procedure shall follow the Law on Air, the Law on Business Licensing, the Law on Toxic and Hazardous Chemicals, the Law on State Stamp Duty, the Law on Waste, the Law on Violations, and the rules and regulations issued in accordance with them. |
