| Comments | - Samples may be taken by scheduled inspections and applications, requests, complaints, information and decisions of authorized organizations by citizens, business entities and organizations.
- Samples shall be taken for unscheduled inspections, as well as performance inspections, such as outbreaks of communicable diseases and foodborne diseases, and the occurrence of conditions that may cause direct or indirect danger to human life, health or the environment.
- Samples and swabs of products produced, stored and sold in factories, services and trade areas shall be analyzed in accordance with relevant standards and approved instructions (methodologies). |
