| Description | Simplified clearance shall be carried out in accordance with Article 30.2 of the Customs Law when goods are imported into a Customs bonded enterprise from abroad or from a Customs bonded or free zone without passing through the Customs territory- Main and auxiliary materials required for production shall be placed in the procedure. Machinery and equipment required for the production of a Customs bonded enterprise shall not be placed in this measure.
