Step 1
|
State inspector shall take a sample and write Act of Sampling Products
|
|
|
Step 2
|
Examinee/entity shall sign on act and get one copy of it
|
|
|
Step 3
|
The sample shall be delivered to the laboratory within 6 hours after collection. If it is not possible to deliver the sample on time, the laboratory shall be notified in advance and the storage procedure shall be delivered within 3 days
If the purity and properties of the sample are to be lost during the sampling of the product in large quantities, products shall be delivered to the laboratory after recorded in note specified in 3.9 of this regulation in order to return rest of the sample

Step 4
|
Based on the notes, the rest of the sample shall be returned to the examinee by the laboratory
|
|
|
Step 5
|
When the state inspector delivers the sample to the laboratory, the laboratory shall store the sample in a condition that meets the requirements. At the request of the examinee, the laboratory shall provide information on the storage conditions of the sample
|
|
|
Step 6
|
Laboratory shall examine tests on samples and send results to inspector
|
|
|
Step 7
|
In case the normal operation of the production process of the examinee is disturbed due to sampling of the product, the sample shall be returned after its analysis
|

|
Step 8
|
State inspector shall write conslusion
|
|
|
Step 9
|
Upon receipt of the conclusion of the state inspector, the examinee shall submit the invoice for the sample price to the funds of the central laboratory and local specialized inspection agency
If it is determined that the sample does not meet the standards, hygiene and safety requirements by the conclusion of the state inspector, the conclusion shall be given to the examinee after payment of the test

Step 10
|
Re-examination shall be carried out after advance payment in accordance with 3.14 of this regulation
|
|
|
Step 11
|
If the examinee does not accept the conclusion made by the state inspector that the sample tested in accordance with 3.13 of this regulation does not meet the standards, hygiene and safety requirements, the state inspector shall take a again sample for analysis at the request of the examinee.

|
|
Step 12
|
If the examinee does not accept the results of the repeated sample examination, he / she may file a complaint to the authorized organization or official
|
|
NOTE
- The examiner shall have the right to file a complaint to the higher level professional inspection organization or official in connection with the sampling process within 5 working days
- The state inspector shall be responsible for the purity and integrity of the samples taken for analysis and shall follow the storage, transportation and temperature regimes.
- In the following cases, the examinee shall be charged for the test.
- According to the inspector's conclusion, the sample does not meet the standards, hygiene and safety requirements;
- Repeated examination was performed at the request of the examiner;
- During an outbreak of an infectious disease or a foodborne illness;
- Unless otherwise provided by law, the relevant competent authority shall be responsible in other cases.
