Process Steps

Step 1

Submit documents to commission
|

Step 2
|
The Commission specified in Article 16.3 of the Law on Firearms shall review the application and attached documents within 14 working days after receiving it and issue an opinion
|

Step 3
|
The member of the Government in charge of legal affairs shall decide whether to issue a permit to allow firearms and ammunition to cross the state border based on the commission's opinion.
|

NOTE
- The name and type of firearms, ammunition and firearm-like devices imported into the state border by a citizen or legal entity applying for a permit to allow firearms, ammunition and firearm-like devices to cross the state border. Indicate the year of manufacture, purpose, brand, number, technical and other parameters.
- The Commission shall review the application of a citizen or legal entity requesting a permit in accordance with the “Procedure for issuing export and import licenses for goods crossing the state border under state control”.
- It shall be prohibited to allow firearms, ammunition and firearm-like devices to cross the state border through others
