Veterinary Laboratory report and veterinary certificate of animals, their raw materials and products;

Documents necessary for the application

Sale and purchase agreement, gift agreement and similar documents of the applicant;

If the applicant is a legal entity, a state registration certificate; if a citizen, a copy of ID card;

The applicant is required to transport livestock, animals, their raw materials and products, type of vehicle, route, name and date of the border crossing ;

5

Information on the type, quantity, processing status (semi-processed, raw, frozen, chilled, fresh, etc.), packaging, labeling and safety of livestock and their raw materials and products ;

Processing plant number, name, address and location ;

Step 1

The Applicant submits a request to the General Veterinary Department along with all required documents

Step 2

The General veterinary Department reviews the application 

Step 3

If the application gets approved, the applicant receives the Veterinary Certificate
